How I Practice
I seek to have ongoing conversations with my clients about the challenges they are experiencing in their lives.
I endeavor to build trusting and supportive relationships so that difficult issues or problems can be addressed in safety.
I pay particular attention to my clients' feelings about their important relationships and to their feelings about themselves.
I seek to help my clients feel better and to be less symptomatic, in other words to feel less sadness, worry, fear, and/or anger.
I will help my clients resolve issues of grief and loss and build more meaningful relationships. I do not impose an agenda on my clients, instead I focus on the issues they choose to address.
